While the majority of customers (including myself) have given this stroller a very positive review, as with all products there is some negative feedback and I think it is important to share that with you so that you can make an informed buying decision.
The complaint made the most seemed to be about the stroller’s storage compartment. Many people have found that it is too hard to access and that this has meant that they do not use it often and that it is smaller than they would like. It is slightly more difficult to access than our other stroller, and is not big enough to fit a large diaper bag, but we have not found that to be a problem. We can fit the few essentials we need to go on a walk, etc. If we are heading anywhere like the beach, etc. no storage compartment would be large enough anyway, and we have to pack a separate bag.
Other reviewers have complained about the fact that no accessories are included with the stroller, such as cup holders or child trays. Accessories can be purchased separately, but they are costly. If you do want the accessories, you will need to factor the cost of purchasing those into your overall stroller budget.
It is also important to note that the Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller was not designed as a jogging stroller. The name can be confusing, but it’s not advertised as a jogging stroller. If you want one of those, you need to buy one specifically designed for that.

Just as the feedback from other customers notes, the stroller rides very well and is easy to maneuver. It rolls smoothly over grass, gravel, and pavement. This is due to the shock absorbent front end of the product. It is easy to steer and it can fit through most doorways.
It is a very well made and sturdy stroller. It has a high-quality frame and is made of durable material. The seats can be reclined completely so that children can sleep. They can also be smoothly adjusted to any reclining position.
The sun canopies are a great feature of this stroller. I love that they can be folded down to three different heights and can block out the sun completely if I want. This is a window at the top that can be opened if you wish to be able to see your child.
My absolute favorite feature is how light the Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller is and how compactly it can be folded. We can easily fit it in the trunk of our car and still have room for other items; something I would not be able to say for most other double strollers out there.
